Meet the Founders

Dhara & Pallavi are a fun and adventurous duo who thrive on travelling the world and soaking in beautiful experiences. Having lived for over 20+ years on this stunning island and running their own individual businesses here (www.kasidohk.com, www.ilovebabycakeshk.com) , they bring their in-depth knowledge of the city and their individual and combined networks and connections to the table. Their love of people and years of multicultural experiences lend passion and soul to their combined venture and form the core

Dhara -or “Dee” to her friends – is a happy creative soul who happens to be a jewellery designer and finds joy in all things imaginative: dancing, painting and of course, designing. A proud mom with a love of dark chocolate and bright color, she brings vibrance wherever she goes. Inspired by her family and style muse, Iris Apfel, Dhara lives by a heartfelt mantra: Live, Love, Laugh.

Pallavi is a free-spirited baker with over 15 years of experience spreading sweetness – first in Mumbai, now in Hong Kong. Passionate about cakes, food and travel, she finds energy in people and warmth in every gathering. Her heart beats for her dogs, Sichuan food and sunsets, and her inspiration comes from her husband, daughters and culinary icon, Nigella Lawson.
