What do you mean by accompaniment services?
After having lived in Hong Kong for several years, we have noted that expatriates working in the city often have friends and family visiting. However, they more often than not have the time to take them around especially on weekdays. This is where we step in. We plan itineraries for your loved ones and have members of our team accompany them for museum visits, a food tour or a getaway to a nearby island. With the local knowledge and expertise of our team members, you can be assured that your guests are being well taken care of.
How do I plan the use of 852much accompaniment services?
Reach out to us by email or whatsapp and we can have a 30–45-minute preliminary chat with you. This meeting is to understand your requirements and how we can be of help. You will share with us the details of your guests, what you have in mind for them and for what time frame. If you are ready to trust us with your loved ones, you sign us up to take on the planning and logistics.
What is included in your accompaniment services?
We provide two sets of services under this umbrella – 1. Daily Itinerary planning 2. Accompaniment services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team members will meet your guests at your home or any other pick-up point that you decide on and take them around the city according to the itinerary planned for the day. This service can be provided for 1 or 2 or more days up to two weeks as agreed on with you.
How much time do you need to plan an accompaniment service?
We will need to understand what you have in mind for your guests and plan the daily schedules accordingly. We will also need to assign our team members that are a good fit for your guests. Given these requirements, a minimum of 1 month notice will be required for our accompaniment services. In case you have a last-minute requirement, you can check in with us. However, this would depend on our and our team members’ availability.
Do the persons your team members accompany need to be covered by insurance?
Absolutely! We will be having a health form signed by the participants prior to accompanying them. This is to make sure that we are aware of their general physical health and any specific concerns around their health that we should be aware of. All our clients’ guests who  avail of this service, must be covered by medical and travel insurance.
What is your fee structure and what payment methods are accepted?
We charge our accompaniment services on a daily basis. You could use our services for a single day, two days or even up to two weeks. The rates could also vary depending on your specific requirement. Once we understand what you have in mind for your guests, we will plan the schedule and share the fees accordingly. Once you decide to go ahead with us and sign our agreement, we will be invoicing you for the number of days that you wish to use our services. The entire amount for the days agreed on needs to be paid at least 7 days before the first day of service. You can make a payment to us via bank transfer. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice with a credit card payment link.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once you sign up with us, the entire amount for the number of days agreed must be paid immediately. This amount must be paid at least 7 days before our first day of service. In case of a cancellation ( which must be communicated to us at least 7 days in advance), we will refund 25% of the amount, towards the number of days cancelled.
