POLICY
Cancellation & Refund policy
Itinerary Planning: Once you sign up with us, 75% of our invoice is immediately payable. This amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of your travel plans, we will not be invoicing you for the remaining 25 %, provided you let us know at least a week in advance. The balance 25% of the invoice must be paid at least a week before you arrive in Hong Kong. If any advance payments have been made for bookings that are a part of your itinerary, the cancellation and refund policy will depend on their individual policies and we will have no control over it.
Event Planning: Once you sign up with us, 75% of our planning fees is immediately payable. This amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of your event plans, we will not be invoicing you for the remaining 25%. The balance 25% of the invoice must be paid at least one week before the event. The cancellation policy for the payment that we make to the vendors that we collaborate with for your event will depend on their terms and conditions and we will have no control over it.
Accompaniment Services: Once you sign up with us, the entire amount for the number of days agreed must be paid immediately. This amount must be paid at least 7 days before our first day of service. In case of a cancellation ( which must be communicated to us at least 7 days in advance), we will refund 25% of the amount, towards the number of days cancelled.
Weather Policy & Cancellation Terms
All plans will go ahead as normal in the case of Typhoon 1 (T1) or Typhoon 3 (T3) signals issued by the Hong Kong observatory. They will also go ahead in the case of amber or red rain warnings. However, if the Hong Kong Observatory announces that a Typhoon(8) or higher will be issued or a Black Rain warning will be issued, then all plans will be cancelled for that day.
In case of T8(Typhoon 8) or black rain, the refund policy would depend on the activities planned for the day. If it involves booking of junk boats, workshops and other paid bookings, the refund policy would depend on the policy of the party concerned. Certain workshops, boat bookings etc may allow rescheduling within a time frame. Please reach out to us to understand the cancellation & refund policies of the parties you go ahead with when we finalize them with you. Please note that we will not be able to have any control over these policies for the vendors we work with. In the case of event venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers etc., the refund and cancellation would depend on these individual parties as well.
