What kind of events do you plan?
We plan corporate and private events. For corporates, we can plan community building events, or special gatherings and celebrations. We also plan corporate off sites. For private events, we cover everything from milestone celebrations, baby showers to festive get togethers.
How do I plan an event with 852much?
Reach out to us by email or whatsapp and we can have a 30–45-minute preliminary chat with you. This meeting is to understand your event and its scope and how we can be of help. If you are convinced that we are your go to planners, you sign us up to take on the planning. Along the journey of working on your event, we will have regular meetings with you to share our ideas and get your views on the progress as we lead up to the big day/s.
What is included in your event planning services?
We take charge of every little detail - bigger decisions of choosing the ideal venue, decor, entertainment or more meticulous ones like choice of food & drinks down to curating the perfect playlist. If you want us to handle just a specific part of your event, we are happy to do that too. While we have our own vendors and connections, we are more than happy to collaborate with anyone you wish to go with as well.
How much time do you need to plan an event?
The time we require would depend on the scale of the event. The lead time could be anywhere from 4 months to 4 days depending on the scale and scope of the event. The earlier the better of course, as all events are best executed with some serious planning.
What is your fee structure and what payment methods are accepted?
The fees will depend on the scale of the event and the scope of the planning. Our first preliminary meeting of 30-45 minutes is a complimentary one. Once you decide to go ahead with us and sign our agreement, we will be invoicing 75 % of our total charges. The balance 25% is to be paid at least two weeks before your event. However, the actuals will need to be paid to the vendors as we go along the planning process subject to the vendor payment terms. You can make a payment to us via bank transfer. Alternatively, we can send you an invoice with a credit card payment link.
What is the cancellation policy?
Once you sign up with us, 75% of our planning fees is immediately payable. This amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of your event plans, we will not be invoicing you for the remaining 25%. The balance 25% of the invoice must be paid at least one week before the event. The cancellation policy for the payment that we make to the vendors that we collaborate with for your event will depend on their terms and conditions and we will have no control over it.
